În funcție de numărul de persoane înscrise și de complexitatea mișcărilor de la clasă, introducem al doilea antrenor care va asigura păstrarea standardelor de calitate ale orei. Fie că ești începător, deja inițiat, veteran sau avansat, vei beneficia de atenția și îndrumarea antrenorilor, la orice oră ROA.

programul de inițiere în CrossFit: ROA START
Am introdus sistemul de inițiere START ROA: la toate ședințele din primul abonamentul de start, fiecare începător va beneficia de un antrenor personal dedicat, în cadrul grupului, suplimentar antrenorului principal de la clasă. Include: Fișă de evaluare după prima lună și 1 sesiune consultanță nutriție.

Poți să participi la clasele ROA indiferent dacă ești: sedentar, activ, moderat activ, supraponderal, atlet, fost atlet, adolescent, adult, senior, părinte, post-partum.

Indiferent de categoria în care te afli acum, dacă ne-ai pășit pragul, scopul nostru este să te ajutăm cât de mult putem în a realiza ceea ce ți-ai propus, la noi în sală.
Programarea antrenamentelor și modul în care le abordăm la clase sunt menite să promoveze longevitatea, păstrarea fitness-ului pe termen lung, fără a face compromisuri pentru câștigurile de moment. Nu încurajăm competitivitatea excesivă și nu promovăm supra-antrenamentul care duc în timp la accidentări și pauze considerabile de la antrenament.

But with the first visits butterflies quickly came her first reasons to stay, disguised as big satisfactions: first jump ropes, rope climbs and good looking weightlifting movements. From then on, long lasting friendships came naturally inside our community.

What goes on during a session?
Warm-up
General warm-up, followed by specific warm-up. After we prep the main muscle groups and joints we will be using during the daily training, we practice the movements and test the appropriate loads.
Workout
Every day of the week we will have a different CrossFit training that our coach programs beforehand. Every workout has a specific objective behind the programming: gymnastics, endurance, cardio, strength, so that you can develop fully you athletic abilities while gaining health and confidence.
Cool-down
After the workout we will focus on an easy recovery, so you can go back to the state of relaxation before working out, relieving the muscles, tendons and calming your mind. This will help your body be ready for the next workouts you will do during the week.
